Life Scout Joseph Gallagher (Effort, PA) receives a grant check from representatives at Wal-Mart Mount Pocono.  
This grant and additional monies raised during a separate fundraiser coordinated by Joseph will offset the cost of Joe's Eagle Scout Service Project.
