Welcome to Troop 99 of the Minsi Trails Council, Pocono District! We are located in Effort, PA and our chartering sponsor is the Effort United Methodist Church. The troop was founded in 1996 and has been a real success due to the fine leadership and parental involvement.

• We regularly meet Tuesday evenings at the Effort United Methodist Church on the 2nd floor from 7:00 - 8:30
